At Rancho El Paso, we cultivate the CCN-51 cocoa variety across eight hectares, supporting our family and the dedicated farmers working alongside us. Our cacao trees, rooted in Esmeraldas’ rich soil, yield beans that embody the region’s essence. Carefully handpicked and fermented, each bean unlocks a unique flavor.
